Spinach Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients
1 Can of chicken broth1 Cup of fresh spinach1 eggSalt/pepper to taste (optional)
Directions
Boil spinach in water and drain.
Bring broth to a rapid boil and crack egg into broth. Use fork to whisk egg, and cook on boil for 2 minutes. Add spinach, salt/ pepper to taste. Allow to cool and serve.
