Dianna's Zucchini & Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients
1.5 cups Sliced zucchini1.5 cups Sliced mushrooms 1 tbls Olive Oil ½ cup Finely chopped onion¼ cup Finely chopped bell pepper3 tsps Chopped garlic1 Chopped seeded jalapeno¼ cup Fat Free Marinara Sauce½ cup Fat Free Half & Half½ cup Shredded parmesan cheese ½ cup Italian bread crumbsSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Sauté onion, garlic, bell pepper, jalapeno, mushrooms & zucchini in olive oil until most of the water is cooked out. Stir in marinara, Half & Half and parmesan cheese with salt & pepper. Place in casserole dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake for 30 min at 375 degrees. It’s done when the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbly.
