Grandma's Spanish Rice

Ingredients
Success boil-in-bag brown riceGarlic, 3 tspOnions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped 3 medium tomatoes choppedChili powder, 2 tbsp or to tasteSalt, & pepper to tasteOlive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
boil brown rice
chop tomatoes and onion
I use minced garlic

Brown onion and garlic in olive oil
Add tomatoes and cook down a few minutes
Add cooked rice to mixture and mix well
Add chili pwder, salt and pepper to taste
