Garlic Chicken & Broccoli

Ingredients
2 Chicken breast, no skin, no bones1 10 oz pkg frozen, Broccoli, chopped2 tbsp Lite Soy Saucegarlic, one clove4 oz. shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Serving size = 1/4 of recipe

Sautee garlic in Soy sauce. Add Chicken breast, either whole or chopped in 1" pieces to skillet. When Chicken is slightly browned add frozen broccoli, cover and simmer until broccoli is tender.
Uncover and top with Mozzarella Cheese. When cheese is melted.....enjoy.

    I made this for dinner lastnight and it was delicious!! I used about a tbsp or so of minced garlic instead of a clove cuz i didnt have fresh garlic and i also left out the cheese but it was still very very good...my husband even loved it and wants me to make it again and he is very picky!! - 2/16/10
