Spinach Breakfast/Burrito

Ingredients
6 oz. of egg substitute1/2 of roma tomato, diced1/4 chopped cilantro or to taste (can use parsley instead) or dried2 tsp of feta or goat cheese (light)1 tsp of olive oil2 whole-wheat wraps2 tbsp of salsa1/2 avocado- chopped1/2 C of baby spinach
Directions
Coat pan /w/oil, & heat. Scramble egg, stir in tomato & cilantro or parsley, warm wraps in micro.
Remove from heat & divide egg, cheese &
spinach in each wrap. Roll up & close ends.
Serve /W/salsa & avocado (if using)
