Simple Egg white salad (yokeless)

Ingredients
2 boiled medium eggs2 tbsp. light Mayonnaisea dash of Red pepper flakesa dash of Black peppera dash Garlic Powder Celery stake 5 inch 1 tbsp Vinegar (optional)
Directions
Boil eggs, let them cool for a few minutes. Remove shells. Split the eggs with a paring knife.Remove the yoke and discard it or save it for another dish. Place egg whites in a small bowl and diced the egg in small dices. Add the mayonnaise, spices and garlic powder and celery mix well. I left out the vinegar.

This salad works for well for those of us of have health issues. Like cholesterol etc.
