Marinated Garden Salad

Ingredients
1 can 16 oz. Yellow or White Sweet Corn1 can 16 oz.Sweet Peas1 can 16 oz. French Style Green Beans1 C. Chopped Green Peppers1 C. Chopped Celery1 small jar chopped pimentoes1 C. chopped Green onions (optional)1/2 C. Canola Oil1/2 C Vinegar1/4 C. Green Bean Juice1/2 C. Sugar1 tsp. Salt1 tsp. Pepper
Directions
Combine the Vinegar, Green Bean juice, Canola Oil, Sugar, salt & pepper in sauce pan. Bring to boil--then cool.

Place all vegetables in large bowl. Pour marinade mixture over vegetables. Store in airtight bowl in refrigerator overnight before serving! Will keep in refrigerator 1 week.
Makes 16 6 oz. servings.
