Kumquat Refigerator Pie

Ingredients
1 baked pie crust 9"1 (8 oz) Cool-whip topping lite 2/3 cup Pureed Kumquats1 can Condensed Milk1/2 cup Lemon juice
Directions
Beat Condensed Milk and whippd topping. Add lemon Juice and beat until thickened. Add pureed Kumquats, pour in pie shell and chill in fridge for several hours.. garnish with kumquat zest.

    I used sweetened condensed milk and a 9" graham cracker crust. There was filling leftover so I put it in small containers,covered and placed in the fridge. The filling was good all by itself. This reminded me of key lime pie. We enjoyed it ! - 3/3/09

    Did you mean sweetened condensed milk? It was way to much for the pie shell, way too tart and didn't thicken. - 4/21/07
