Double Dark Chocolate Chip and Cranberry Cookies

1 1/4 cup flour1/2 cup Hershey's Special Dark cocoa powder1 stick butter, softened1 cup white sugar1 large egg1/2 tsp baking soda(1/4 tsp salt if using unsalted butter)1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup (6oz) semi sweet or bittersweet chips1/2 cup Craisins
Preheat oven to 350.
Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt if needed.
Cream together butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla extract. With mixer on low speed add flour mixture slowly until mixed. Stir in chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto baking sheets.
Bake 11 minutes. Cool on baking sheet and move to rack to cool completely. Makes about 30 cookies.
