Ingredients
1 6oz container of Yoplait lite fat free black berry yogurt (or flavor of your choice)1/4 cup frozen mixed berries 1/2 to 1 cup ice cubes
Directions
measure out mixed berries first and set aside. This allows for them to thaw a little and release a little of their juice.

Grab blender..Add yogurt first. topped with berries then ice cubes. Blend till smooth. I prefer mine thick using full cup of ice cubes. Ice cubes vary to the amount of thawed the mixed berries are for me.

Makes 1.5 cup serving.
