Raw Vegetable Pate

Ingredients
4 c raw spinach1/4 c hulled sunflower seeds, raw1/4 c raw almonds1 avocado, peeled, pit removedjuice of 1 lemon1 carrot, peeled1 celery stalk4 TBSP olive oil1/2 tsp cajun spice1/4 tsp ground thymesalt and pepper to taste

Its pretty straight forward...

Wash veggies, chop 'em up, throw 'em all in a food processor with other ingredients and let 'er rip until pate-like. Serve with veggie tray or whole grain chip thingys.
