Ingredients
1 pound groud beef (can cook with onion if desired)1 package taco seasoning20 ounces water (can add more if desired)1 can yellow or white corn1 can black beans1 can diced tomatoes or 3-4 fresh tomatoes1 cup salsa of choicecumin & cilantro for extra seasoning
Directions
brown ground beef (and onion if desired). add taco seasoning and water until hot. stir in corn, black beans, tomatoes and salsa. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes. I also added cumin & cilantro for extra flavor.

    this is a good recipe i have made one similar only diff is you add a packet of hidden valley ranch mix also and i substitued turkey for hamburger. - 10/10/08
