Vanishing Oatmeal Chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup (2 sticks) butter1 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup granulated sugar2 eggs1 box vanilla pudding1 1/2 cup flour1 tsp baking soda3 cups Quaker oats12 oz nestle choc chips
Directions
1. heat oven to 350
2. beat butter and sugars until creamy
3. add eggs and puding mix. beat well
4. add combined flour, baking soda.
5. stir in oats and chocolate chips
6. Put batter in 13x9 inch ungreased pan.
7. cook 30-35 minutes
8. cool
9. cut into 32 pieces
