Tuscan Soup

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 smallCarrots, raw, 1 small (5-1/2" long)Olive Oil, 1 tbspSwanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 3.5 cupWater, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)Salt, .75 tspPepper, black, .25 tspBeans, great northern, 2 cupBarilla Plus Rotini (2 oz, 56 grams), 2 ozSpinach, fresh, 3 cup
Directions
Chop onion and carrot. In a 2qt sauce pan, saute onion and carrot in oil until onion is tender. Add broth, water, salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Stir in beans and pasta; return to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Add spinach; heath through.
