Balsamic Pork Chops

2 pork chops3 Tbs. balsamic vinegar1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce2 cloves garlic, minced1 Tbs. olive oilsalt and pepper to taste
Mix balsamic vinegar, worcestershire sauce, and garlic in a large ziplock bag. Add porkchops and marinade one to five hours.
In large skillet over medium high heat, heat olive oil. Add pork chops and marinade. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook 5 minutes a side, or until cooked through. Remove chops and set aside. Boil liquid in bottom of the pan until reduced by half. Pour over porkchops.
Makes 2 pork chops.
