1 lb. ountry style, boneless ribs1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce3 cloves of garlic, crushed4 tbsp of olive oil1/2 cup of vinegar2 tsp. Steak seasoning4 tbsp steak sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash ribs and cut in to desired piece size. I suggest you but each piece in four (in 1/2 then each 1/ 2 piece long ways.) In a measuring cup combine crushed garlic, oil, vinegar and steak sauce. Mix well and pour over ribs. Sprinkle steak seasoning over ribs making sure to rub it in well and all over ribs. Cover dish and bake for 1 hour checking on them to turn them over every 20 minutes. On the third check, spread 1/2 of BBQ sauce on them. After they are cooked, apply rest of sauce.
