Zesty Grilled Red Potatoes

Ingredients
7 oz small red potatoes cut in wedges.2 tsp. Olive oil1/2 tsp. Mrs Dash seasoning
Directions
Clean potatoes and cut into wedges. Cook in Microwave with a tbsp. water, 5 minute ? (depends on you microwave) You want them mostly cooked. Drain water, add Olive oil and Mrs. Dash to coat. Lay directly on your grill and cook on one side until crisped and then flip over to finish crisping. The cooking time depends on how hot your fire is...just check them occasionally. The recipe is for 2 small servings, but you can easily use as many potatoes at you want, just add a little more oil and spice. There is no need to salt (unless you choose) Makes 2 3-4 oz. servings.
