Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup!

2 boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into small 1-2 inch pieces1 cup of chopped carrots2 small-medium stalks celery chopped3 1/2 cup Swanson 99% fat free chicken broth1/2 cup thin sliced onion1 tbsp diced parsley1 1/2 cup egg noodles
first, chop carrots, onions and celery. add to a large sauce pan. add salt and pepper to taste. cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. next, cut chicken into 1-2 inch pieces. add to pan. then dice parsley and add to pan. cook on medium until chicken is almost thoroughly cooked then add chicken broth and turn heat to medium-high. when broth starts to barely boil add noodles cook until noodles are soft. This makes about 6 1-cup servings. I like to enjoy this soup on chilly days!!!!=]
