Cilantro Rice

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Jasmine Rice (or any other long grain rice)1/2 cup Fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped1 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 tbs Lemon juice*salt to taste.
Directions
1) Wash rice by rinsing in sink 1-2 times. Then cook rice in a rice cooker or pot according to directions on package.

2) When rice is finished cooking, add in cilantro, oil and lemon juice. Mix well and then season with salt to taste.
