250 fine semolina .5 tsp salt1 TBLSP sugar3 tsp baking powder150 gr soft half fat margarine.5 cup non fat milk
Makes several small or one big flat bread that serves about 4.
Mix everything but the margarine and milk in a large bowl. Melt the margarine and mix in with fingers well. Add milk a bit at a time, it is easiet to mix with fingers. Mix well. Form into several small cakes or one big one and flatten into about 3/4" high disks. Put some semolina in the bottom of a non stick pan, put in the disks, cook gently on medium for 12-15 minutes watch to be sure the heat isn't too high, put some semolina on top of cake, turn, cook other side.
