4 Tilapia filet1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar2 tablespoons honey2 cloves garlic, finely minced2 tablespoons olive oil
Combine Balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, and olive oil until well mixed. Place filets into a dish and pour marinade over the filets. Let the fish marinade for about an hour. Remove the filet to a foil lined broiler pan, reserve the marinade. Bring the marinade to a boil and simmer until the sauce is reduced to 1/2. Broil the filets 7 minutes on each side.
