Low fat Pizza

Ingredients
4 cups part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded1 jar Rock Power Pizza Everything sauce(available at www.rockpowerpizzas.com or www.everythingsauce.com)2 tubes Pillsbury Original Pizza Crust dough2 cups fresh baby spinach
Directions
This makes 2 pizzas. I use this to make 1 16-18 inch pizza (for the rest of the family, which has pepperoni on it) and 1 12 inch pizza for me (lasts 2 days).
roll out dough onto pizza pans to fit pans
pour 1/4 jar on smaller pizza and 3/4 jar on large pizza (or 1/2 per pizza if making them of equal size)
. Use 2 1/2 to 3 cups of cheese on larger pizza, and the rest on the smaller pizza. Bake at 375 until cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
cut each pizza into 8 slices. 1 serving equals 1 slice.
