Chicken, thighs 4 no bones no skinWater 2 cupsMixed vegetables 15 oz canPublix Instant White Rice 2 cupsVegetable Oil 1 tbspBay leaf, 2 leavesGarlic powder, 1 tbspGoya, adobo seasoning salt 1 tbspBijol, substitute for saffron, dash
Directions
Boil Water
Cut Chicken from the bone
Mix all ingredients in a large microwavable dish
Stir and microwave on high for 9 minutes
Remove Bay leaves.
Fluff with fork and serve
