MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND ADD 1 /12 CANS OF WATER FOR EVERY CAN OF TOMATO PASTE. I LIKE TO LET MINE SIMMER FOR A COUPLE HOURS BEFORE SERVING ON PASTA .
