I've seen jicama but have never used it. This seems like a recipe I would like to try. I know some of my family memebers might not like the jalepeno flavor so wondered if you can substitute another pepper that is milder but still not change the flavor much. Thanks - 2/28/09

YOu could remove inside of jalepeno and use only 1/2 possibly might try an anaheim chile

This is a great dressing. I didn't measure the lime I used the juice from half a lime. I used less honey as I like tart flavers. I will make this often. - 11/11/08
