Pumpkin Pie Bake

Ingredients
15 oz can of pure pumpkin puree1 tsp vanilla extract1/4 cup liquid egg substitute1/4 cup fat free evaporated milk2 Tbsp Zero (or other sugar free sweetener)Butter spray1 container Weight Watchers Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal
Directions
Pre-heat oven at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.

Mix together first 4 ingredients. Pour into dish sprayed with butter spray. Top with Oatmeal.

Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover & bake about another 20 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
