Chicken Soup made with chicken legs

Ingredients
9 chicken legs - roasted,skinned and no bone1.5 cups chopped carrots2 cups celeryone large onion2 TB extra virgin olive oil1 tsp crumbled bay leaf4 cups water8 oz penne pasta4 cups clear chicken broth (kroger)2 TBSP unsalted butter1/2 tsp thyme1/2 tsp oregano
Directions
In a large soup pot, put the olive oil and saute onion and celery until onion is transparent. Add butter and garlic ,crumbled bay leaf, carrots and broth. Add 4 cups of water. Simmer for 10 min. Add chicken,pasta and rest of spices and cook until done (approx 10 min)
