Korean Soybean Soup (된장찌개) with potatoes & spinach

Ingredients
* Miso, .25 cup * Boiled potatoes, 2 potato (2-1/2" dia, sphere) * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * *Soy Sauce, 1 tsp * Cider Vinegar, .3 tbsp * Honey, .3 tbsp (remove) * Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)* *Spinach, cooked, 1 cup
Directions
Dissolve the miso in water first. Bring to a boil. Add garlic, potatoes, onions. Add soy sauce, vinegar & honey to deepen flavour. Boil until potatoes are cooked. Add spinach and boil until spinach wilts. Serve boiling.
