Pumpkin Bars

1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour1/4 cup packed brown sugar1 cup old fashioned oats, dry1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped1/2 cup canola oil1, 8-ounce package Neufchatel cheese1 cup Egg Beaters, or 4 egg whites1/2 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener1, 15-ounce can pumpkin1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 13X9 inch pan with foil and spray with a non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
2. Combine flour, brown sugar, oats, and nuts. Drizzle/cut in oil until mixture is crumbly.
3. Press all but one cup of the crust mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
4. Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool
5. Beat cream cheese, eggs, Splenda, pumpkin, and Pumpkin Pie Spice until it is well blended.
6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the pre-baked crust and sprinkle with the 1 cup remaining crust crumbs.
7. Bake for 25 minutes or until set. Lift from pan to cool.
8. Cut into 24 bars. Serving size: 2" X 2 1/4" bar
