15 oz. can garbanzo beans (chick peas)2 Tb. sesame seeds3 Tb. sour cream (or substitute yogurt, which make the hummus a bit thinner)2 Tb. water2 Tb. lemon juice2 Tb. olive oil1 Tb. soy sauce1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. ground cumin1 sliced green onion (optional)1 clove of garlic, minced (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor - that's it! Enjoy.
