Puerto Rican Sofrito

Ingredients
2 Green Bell Peppers1 Medium Yellow Onion1 whole garlic (or 4 TBSP minced)1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Chop bell peppers and onions into small (1-3 inch) chunks. Peel garlic (or used the stuff from the can). Place oil in bottom of blender or food processor. Add vegetables and blend until pureed. Use as a marinade, saute, or rub.
