Vegetable curry

Ingredients
1 egg2 tsp canola oil1 clove garlic1 small Italian plum tomato, chopped1/4 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped broccoli1 small potato, peeled and chopped1/2 tsp turmeric1/2 tsp garam masala1 pinch ground red pepperSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oil in frying pan. Add vegetables and fry until tender. Add the spices and fry one minute or until fragrant and well mixed. Add the beaten egg and stir until done. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with Roti.
