Sweet & Savory Kale

Ingredients
3 cloves garlic1 small onion1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 tbsp dijon mustard1 tbsp cider vinegar1 1/2 cups of veggie broth2 tsp Splenda4 cups chopped kale1/4 cup dried cranberries1/8 cup sliced almondsS&P to taste (not in nutrition)
Directions
Saute garlic and onion in olive oil until cooked. Stir in mustard, vinegar, broth, and Splenda. Boil. Add in kale. Cover and cook until wilted (5 mins). Stir in cranberries and boil, uncovered, until water is halved and cranberries are soft. Serve with sliced almonds, salt, and pepper. Serves 2-4 depending on your portion sizes.
