Flaxseed Hermit Cookies

Ingredients
1/2c butter or margarine1/2 c brown sugar2 lg eggs1/4c molasses1 tsp vanilla1 1/2 c whole wheat flour1 cup instant oats1/2c flax meal1/2 tsp each of cinnomon, nutmeg, and salt1/2 c dried craisins or raisins1/2 c slivered almonds
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F and lightly spray baking sheet or use parchment paper
Cream togather butter, sugar, eggs molasses and vanilla.
Combine the dry ingredients in a seperate bowl and then mix into wet mix.
Add craisins and almonds.
Drop onto cookie sheet by the tablespoon 1 1/2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 min or until firm to touch.
Cool and enjoy

Makes 28 cookies if measured out by tablespoon
