Ida Chicken Soup stock

Ingredients
Directions
Carrots, raw, 2.5 cup, strips or slices Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped or diced Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 14.05 ounces Water, bottled, 10 serving
Put water in crock pot
Add Chicken and cook till chicken is done. Then cut chicken into pieces.
Add all the Veggies and let cook for 9 hr.
I add
Mrs Dash
Salt Free All purpos seasoning
Garlic powder
Italian Seasons.
If you cook on the stove the time should be shortes as you would be simmering at a different heat then the crock pot.
You can eat this way or add shells or noodles.
I d0 it both ways in the stock broth.
This is a Low Sodium.
