Mock Lasagne

Ingredients
1 lb 93% lean ground beef3 c basic pasta sauce (1 26 oz jar)1/2 t dried oregano1/4 t dried thyme6 slices reduced fat provolone cheese1.25 c fat free cottage cheese6 oz (2 c uncooked) whole wheat noodles1/4 c shredded parmesan cheese
Directions

Brown ground beef in large skillet. Add pasta sauce and herbs. Stir until well combined and heated through. Spread 1/3 sauce on the bottom of 4 qt oven proof dish. Use 1/2 cheese, 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/2 noodles spread in layers. Repeat from sauce. Top with the last 1/3 sauce and parmesan. Bake covered at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
