2 Medium size Haas Avocados 1 large Roma Tomato1 small Jalapeno2 tbsp Cilantro1/4 cup Red OnionSaltGarlic powder or granulated
Slice Avocados in half and remove the seed. Keeping the fruit in the skin, hold the avocado in your hand and use a small knife to make slices long ways, rotate 90 degrees and make slices the other way. This will cut the avocado in little squares making it easier for you to mash. Using a flat spoon, scoop the avocado out of its skin and into a bowl. Using a fork, mash the avocado to the consistency of your liking.
Remove the seeds from the Roma Tomato and dice, add to mashed avocados.
Continue with chopping the Jalapeno, Cilantro, and Red Onion. Before chopping up the jalapeño cut off the end and touch it to your tongue. If it is too spicy, remove the seeds.
Add a dash of salt and garlic to taste. Mix entire mixture and enjoy!!!
