Fresh tomato basil soup

Ingredients
5 cups tomatos3 cloves garlic1/3 cup onion, chopped1/2 cup milk, lowfatfresh basil, about 1/4 cup, minced fine
Directions
Cook tomatoes down till thick, about 2-3 hours. Add garlic, onion, basil, milk, salt and cook again another 30 minutes. Puree and add a little more milk if needed.
