1 9-inch graham cracker crust1 8-oz pkg. fat free cream cheese, room temperature3/4 cup Splenda1/4 cup brown sugar3 eggs1 can 15 oz solid pumpkin 1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 tsp. nutmeg1/4 tsp. cloves1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat the oven to 425. Beat the cream cheese and sugars in a mixing bowl until they are smooth. Add the eggs, mixing well. Add pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture into the crust and bake the pie for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Cool completely before serving. Makes 8 servings.
