Chinese Chicken Bake

Ingredients
2 Tb melted margarine2 cups rice krispies1 can pineapple chunks completely drained2 cups cooked chicken1 can cream of mushroom soup1 ¼ cup chopped celery¼ cup diced onion1 Tb soy sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Combine margarine and onion powder- gradually add cereal -stirring until all pieces are coated. Set aside
Combine pineapple, chicken, soup, cereal, onion and soy sauce. Add one cup of the cereal mixture. Pour into a 2 qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cereal mixture. Bake for 30 minutes.

    This turned out better than I thought it would. The recipe was a little choppy, though. I left out the onion powder (not in the ingredient list) and added the celery when I added the onion (not in directions). We divided it into four servings. Six would have made for really small portions. - 2/3/09
