220 grams canned salmon11 0z boiled and mased potato2 tbsp chopped raw onion2 tbsp chopped raw green peppers1 oz bread crumbs, plain1 tbsp canola oil
combine salmon, boiled potato, onion and peppers. Shape into cakes. Roll cakes in crumbs to coat. Fry in canola til crisp. Makes 4 salmon cakes.
