Elysa's Creamy Tater and Clam Soup

Ingredients
1 1/2 can Swanson Vegetable Broth1 Large White Onion2 Large White Baking Potatoes4 Carrots1/2 can Progresso White Clam Sauce OR 1 can Clam meat8 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese1 Tbsp Pepper
Directions
Wash and chop potatoes, carrots, and onion into small chunks and toss them into a 4 qt slow cooker.
Add pepper, veg broth, and clams.
Mix as well as you can. It's a bit of a tight fit, but it works.
Cook on LOW for roughly 6 hours or on HIGH for roughly 3 hours.
30 minutes before you're ready to serve, add the cream cheese, in chunks, to the slow cooker.
Stir well to incorporate cheese before serving.

If you do this before work in the morning, and you need 8 hours before you will be home again, this soup will do fine for that long. Super easy!
