10 eggs2 cups broccoli, finely chopped4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Crack eggs into medium bowl, chop broccoli, shred cheese, and mix.

Coat glass baking dish with Pam

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes

    I love the simplicity of this recipe. It makes it easy to "ad lib". I substitued Asparagus for the Brocoli and added souted onions and garlic...YUM! I have friends who have chickens and give me eggs. This is a great recipe to use those wonderful fresh country eggs! - 2/9/10
