6 large eggs1/2 package of bacon2 tbsp of salted Butter2 tsp of pepper1/2 medium onion1 cup cheddar cheese
Makes 2 2-cup servings.
Although this recipe is easy, it will require you to do two things at once. So I would suggest not trying to chew gum at the same time, too . . .
First, put the bacon on to cook. I always pan-fry my bacon, but you can prepare it any way that you like. While the bacon is cooking, dice up the 1/2 onion. Place the pepper, butter, and onions into a skillet over medium heat and cook until the onions are lightly brown, stirring occasionally. Don't forget to check your bacon!
Scramble the eggs in a mixing bowl while waiting for your onions to brown. Once the onions are lightly brown, pour in the eggs and cook until the eggs are dry (yes, this means cook them like normal).
Add the cheese to the eggs, and mix until the cheese is melted.
Crumble up the crisp bacon, and add it to the mix. Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
