Baked tofu with red pepper sauce

Ingredients
Directions
1 block extra firm tofu sliced into 8 pieces21/2 Tbs low sodium soy sauce1 Tbs red pepper flakes ( Korean style)1 garlic BULB1 Tsp sesame oil1/2 Tbs sesame seeds
Baked sliced Tofu in 350 degree oven for around 15 min, or until it's the texture you desire
While tofu is baking place into a mini food processor the following:
soy sauce
Red pepper flakes
garlic from 1 bulb
sesame oil
Process until extremely well chopped.
Then add sesame seeds
Layer sauce over Tofu and place in refrigerator.
Serve chilled.
Extra pepper sauce can be refrigerated for later use.
