Butter Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb.Chicken breast, diced1 can diced tomatoes1c. 1% milk2c. Delrose Basmati rice2tbs. sunflower oil
Directions
Heat oil in heavy bottomed pan. Add chicken and cook till no longer pink inside. Add tomatoes, spices and milk. Simmer chicken and sauce until thickened to your preferred consistency. Serve over rice.
