Ingredients
1 box Pillsbury Reduced Sugar Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix1/2 baked medium sweet potato1/4 cup egg whites1 teaspoon almond or vanilla extractwater (as directed on box)3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
Directions
Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat until well blended. Pour into a round cake pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake for 31 minutes at 350 degrees or until knife comes out clean.
