Super Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
32 oz pasta1 egg12 oz light sour cream12 oz light cottage cheese1 lb Velveeta2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanswhile, in a blender combine the egg, sour cream and cottage cheese; cover and process until smooth. Add Velveeta and cheddar cheeses. Drain the the pasta. Pour into 9x13 dish and add cheese mixture. Stir until evenly coated.

Bake, uncovered at 350 for 15 minutes; stir. Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until bubbly and the edges begin to brown.

Yield: 10 servings, 1 cup
