Turkey & Spinach Meatballs

Ingredients
1/2 tbsp olive oil3 cloves of galic, minced1 bunch of fresh spinach1 21 oz package of ground turkey1/3 cup grated parmesan cheeseitalian seasoninggarlic seasoning1/2 jar of your favorite tomato sauce
Directions
sautee garlic in olive oil and then add spinach until wilted. take off heat and allow to cool a bit. mix ground turkey in a bowl with italian seasoning, garlic seasoning and parmesan cheese. add spinach and garlic to ground turkey and mix until all ingredients are combined well. make into small meatballs and cook until browned. add tomato sauce and cover for another 10 minutes. makes about 30 meatballs - 6 meatballs per serving.
