Preheat oven to 425. Grease muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place a won ton wrapper into each muffin cup. Whisk together egg yolks, whites and milk. (You can also substitute soy or rice milk) Add salt and pepper. Pour mixture into each muffin cup, fill until top of won ton skin. Sprinkle 1 tsp. of bacon bits and 1 tsp. of parmesan cheese on top of each quiche. Bake for 15-20 min. Can be reheated in toaster oven for next couple of mornings!
Makes 12 quiches in large muffin pan. Or 24 in mini muffin pan.
